弊社のコロナウィルス対策について

平素は、株式会社ＮｅｘｔＣｒｅａｔｉｏｎをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
はじめに、新型コロナウイルス感染症に罹患された皆様、および関係者の皆様に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
弊社では新型コロナウイルスに対する政府および関係機関の対策方針に則り、ウイルスの感染および感染拡大を防止し、お客様、お取引業者様、社員およびその家族の健康と感染拡大防止の観点より、当分の間下記の対応を実施いたします。
◇スタッフの対応
・手洗い､消毒の徹底､日ごろの健康管理等、感染予防対策を実施しております。
・ご来店のお客様、お取引業者様にもご来店時の手指の消毒などご協力をお願いいたします。
・お客様、お取引業者様と接する場合はマスクを着用いたします。
・飛沫感染対策としてアクリルパーテションを設置しております。
・社員は、体調不良の場合、上司に報告し、軽症であっても自宅待機または自宅療養とします。
・社員の家族が体調不良の場合や、濃厚接触者、感染した場合も自宅待機とします。
◇お客様宅へ訪問時の対応
・可能な限り距離を考えて、お話をさせていただきます。
・お茶やコーヒーなどは、ご遠慮いたします。
◇お客様がご来店時の対応
・お客様にもマスクの着用をお願いします。
・お客様にも手指の消毒をお願いいたします。
・お打ち合わせ後は店内の換気・清掃、テーブル・椅子等消毒をいたします。
お客様にはご迷惑、ご不便をおかけする場合もあるかと存じますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
